Built to Close the Gap Between Healthcare and Disability Support

Blueblossom Health Services was created from a simple but powerful belief: people with complex needs deserve support that is not only compassionate, but clinically guided, consistent, and proactive.

Through years of frontline healthcare experience across emergency care, aged care, hospital environments and leadership roles, we saw the same pattern again and again — people with disability presenting to hospital with concerns that may have been recognised earlier, managed more safely, or better supported in the community with the right care in place. Behind many of these situations was not a lack of kindness. It was a lack of clinical oversight, structured planning, early recognition, and consistent communication.

Our Story

Blueblossom Health Services was founded by Harsh Gondaliya, a Registered Nurse with experience across emergency care, aged care, and hospital leadership. After years of seeing participants and families caught between the healthcare system and disability support, Harsh recognised a clear gap in the way complex support was being delivered.

Too often, participants were being supported by people who genuinely cared, but without the clinical guidance needed to recognise early warning signs, manage changing risks, or prevent avoidable escalation. Families were left overwhelmed, Support Coordinators were searching for reliable providers, and participants were sometimes ending up in crisis when the right support could have made a difference earlier.

Together with his wife, an experienced enrolled nurse with a strong background in hospital care, aged care, complex behaviours and high-support needs, Harsh founded Blueblossom Health Services to provide the kind of support they believed should already exist — nurse-led, person-centred, clinically aware, and built for real-world complexity.
